Packing Cases
We are a manufacturer of high quality timber and plywood cases and crates, designed in accordance with BS1133 section 8 and constructed to ISPM15 regulations for sea or air freight.
ISPM15 regulations require the materials to be heat treated in a kiln at 56°C for a time period of 30 minutes, this destroys any insects and insect eggs that may be found in timber (e.g. Nematode). Timber is delivered with a saw mill certificate confirming the material complies with ISPM15 regulations. After the timber is processed into cases the finished items are stamped with our unique identification number, ensuring traceability.
Any size of design can be manufactured. We also cover special requirements such as polythene and tarpaper lined cases. Inserts of loose timber or fixed timber are designed to secure any item being packed. When requested, packed items will be photographed prior to shipment.
